MIYYIM II builds on the national HIV prevention campaign launched in 2022, featuring a new group of cultural leaders to help de-stigmatize and normalize conversations around HIV prevention.
Like the first campaign, participants spoke anonymously as strangers before meeting in person, showing how connection and challenging bias are essential to prevention. We also created a localized lift in four cities to give LGBTQIA+ communities space to deepen the conversation.
