Tierra is a born and raised Detroiter and graduate from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a focus on Advertising.

Currently based in Detroit, and initially inspired by the creative process within advertising, Tierra began working on the Account side but quickly began supporting Production Managers in and outside of her day-to-day role by connecting clients to photographers, art directors, and the right talent and vendors to bring her clients vision to life. With that experience and after years of wearing many hats, Tierra has completely transitioned and applied her creativity and learnings to the Production side of things by becoming a full-time Producer at Harley & Co which is an award-winning New York based creative and entertainment studio that specializes in experiences, identity design and narrative content.
